Shape and size
- 10 inches long, 4 inches wide and 4 inches tall.
- 650 gm, about 15 to 20 slices.
Shelf-life
- 2-3 days at room temperature in a paper bag.
- Cling-wrapped and kept in the fridge, good for a week.
- To protect from drying up, keep in cling-wrap, zip lock or air-tight box.
- Freeze up to 10 days.
- Follow instructions in the home page to freeze and thaw.

- Use of serrated bread knife.
- Make 1cm thick slices.
